Can you put a walking foot on an industrial sewing machine? For the past couple months, I've been attempting to find a solution to be able to do this on the Juki DDL-8700. After a number of fails, I found a longer replacement for the needle clamp screw that makes it possible to attach a walking foot. Hopefully I'll be able to do some quilting & piecing on this sewing machine!
