Angela is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and holds a proficiency rating of Advanced Plus on the Sign Language Proficiency Interview Rating Scale (SLPI), which is a scale for rating sign language communication skills that is based on highly skilled, knowledgeable native-like signers.
In 2006, Angela moved to Georgia and began working at The Georgia School for the Deaf, GSD. She also had the unique opportunity to attend an intense ASL Immersion Course at Gallaudet University in Washington, DC., the world’s only university in which all programs and services are specifically designed to accommodate deaf and hard of hearing students.

Lee welcomes students of all backgrounds and gender expressions. She is a natural teacher who focuses on positive and productive learning techniques, specialized for individual needs. Lee has instructed beginning and intermediate players for many years and knows the best ways to acquire technical and musical proficiency, including recommendations for the most playable instruments and the best accessories.
Ms. Q. received a Master of Music degree in Instrumental Pedagogy (Belmont University) and graduated from Loyola University New Orleans (Bachelor of Music Education). Ms. Q. also graduated from the U.S. Armed Forces School of Music and served as a Bassoon Player in the U.S. Army.
Lee started playing guitar at age 14 and joined her first band at age 18. She has played guitar and bass in many eclectic situations, including numerous New Orleans venues and a Saints halftime show at the Superdome. Lee specializes in solo acoustic guitar and has recorded and performed as a singer-songwriter-guitarist since 2001, including ten years of solo sets at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville.
