Clocking in at nearly nine hours (spread over three days) - this is the full raw video of Rich Paul being tried and found guilty by a jury of his so-called peers of selling cannabis and something that the state claimed he said was LSD, but it was not and he never claimed it was. The trial video features FBI agent Phil Christiana who perjures himself and several cops including drug task force members as well as snitch and heroin dealer Richard DuPont Jr.

Skylar of Savage Truth 603 and Joa from Breaking the Flaw on YouTube were both arrested over the weekend. Peaceful Cop Blockers were watching the cops in a parking lot when corrupt Manchester police gang members approached the activists and told them they were being trespassed off the property. However, the gang members would not allow the activists to simply leave, instead demanding their identification in order to write up the trespass notices. The activists say they were never told to leave by the property's staff and attempt to peacefully disengage from the police and exit. The police then pounce. As you may recall, Derrick J, Kelly and I were all arrested at the Cheshire "Superior" court in late February for "trespass" after we were banned "forever" by Sheriff Dick Foote for singing to bureaucrats and asking them questions as they went to and from work. The trespass order is highly unconstitutional, and attorney Jon Meyer agrees and has taken the case pro-bono. Meyer has made a splash in Cheshire county before, with his win in the Bigfoot free speech case.
Now he has filed a Motion to Dismiss the charges along with a Memo in Support of Motion to Dismiss.
In court, judge Ed Burke gave the prosecutor 30 days to respond to the motion to dismiss. Next court date is a hearing on the no "trespass" order, November 14th at 9am in Keene district court.
