Today I’m going to show you how to make perfect Spicy Garlic Broccolini. This is a very quick to make and takes just about 5 minutes to cook. This is delicious to eat as a side dish for a roast, fried meat, rice, dhal and much more dishes. Enjoy!

Cooking time 5 minutes
Ingredients
400g Broccolini
4 cloves sliced Garlic
2 tbsps Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Chili flakes
1.5 tsp salt to boil + stir fry the Broccolini
1.5 liters water to boil the Broccolini

Today I want to share with you a very delicious and simple Vegan recipe. It's quick to do an full of flavor, I seal fry the tofu slices with an amazing coating and garnish the dich with crunchy savory bok choy. It makes my moth watering just to see it! Enjoy and I hope you also try it at home!
Ingredients
350g Firm Tofu
250g Bok Choy
7 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
250ml Water
4 tbsp Cornstarch to sprinkle on the Tofu
1.5 tsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Cornstarch plus 3 tbsp Water to mix
Chopped Chili, Spring Onion & Silver Ginger
To make Curry Sauce
1 tbsp Jaggery (Concentrated Cane Sugar)
3 tbsps Tamarind pulp (Titiri)
1/2 cup blended Tomato
2 tbsp blended Red Chili sauce
1.5 tbsp Curry powder
4 tbsp Water

Learn how to make Spicy Fried boiled Eggs are very easy and simple snaky dish which is very common in Nepal, normally we make it a lot on our festival time to share with family and friends. We eat as a snack or side dish with our main meal. I’m going to cook with daily spices from Nepali Kitchen and going to be spicy version.

6 boiled and peeled Eggs (10 minutes boiled to make it hard)
2 teaspoons of oil any cooking Oil would be good.
