In today's video, I've received an email from a guy saying that he feels like he has no energy throughout the day. He can't cope with his actions till he feels tired, right after he starts something. So, he emailed me asking for some guidance. Maybe he has health problems. Maybe he has dyslexia... Maybe this, maybe that... Well, due to the fact that I'm not a doctor, I won't be able to answer this question about the health problem. I understand that there are some health issues that may vause this chronic state of lack of energy but I don't think this is the case here. What I believe is that his body entered a vicious cycle of low energy state, in which he won't work to produce more energy. Besides that, I gave him some tips which I believe will be beneficial for him to recover his energy, so that he can transform his life, one and for all. Wanna know more?
