Howdy fellow adventurers, well, I'm dropping another build series on you (just what you wanted). I figure there's something to be shared and learned from this one. I've never painted a boat before. There's several things on the Lost Nomad I'll be taking on for the first time. Remember: if I can do it, so can you. I hope this series inspires folks to get a boat and do what it takes to have an adventure.

Howdy fellow adventurers, So we finally made it to Stannard Rock--but we didn't make it up inside (this time). I go into more detail in a supplementary unlisted video (linked below)...basically I have a well developed fear of heights (we all have something)
MAYBE it was rational this time...rusty ladders covered in seagull crap, with nothing but my boat to break the fall. But!...I'm going to get up there, this summer, if it's the last thing I do. A good friend is visiting the entire month of September--he should be more encouraging than a spoiled useless beagle.

I was able to catch up to him at the Myrtle Beach Motorcycle Rally spring 2019. I still didn't know much about making videos (yes I know the music is too loud and not needed) but it's still a popular interview. Thanks for watching, and thanks for putting up with me. --Back Roads Brenton

Howdy guys and gals, I came across another Nomad a couple months ago here in Florida, she's in rough shape, but nothing a little effort and elbow grease can't fix. In this video we get the 1st layer of grime off her and install an outboard on her transom. I'll keep posting videos of the project as I get to it.
For those interested, yes this boat is for sale. It's now located at my home in Minnesota. As much as I love the Nimbles, I have too many boats and the Vagabond is the keeper. There seems to be way more people looking for a Nomad than available. The price will continue to go up as I work on it and spring comes. If you're up to a project, this would probably be the best deal you'll ever find on one anymore.
