This is how you turn a Simbot into a Persocom (Chobit), or just make it look like a normal sim. If you want the Persocom ears, head over to this site: http://www.rosesims2.net/
The ears are under Sims 3, Magic, Page 3.
In order to edit the Simbot, you'll need a few things from NRAAS Industries. Master Controller is required. I also suggest you grab Overwatch, Errortrap, and really, everything else they have to offer. It's a great mod suite, and I use it in all my games, with the exception of Dynasty Challenges, which disallow mods. You can find them here: http://nraas.wikispaces.com/
