Dr. David Petts continues to research his next exciting archaeological project: An investigation of the Monastery and people of Lindisfarne (Holy Island) off the Northumbrian Coast.
Today, we examine how 'desk based assessment' - maps, geophysics and tantilising interpretations have contributed to the preparation of this project.
Acknowledgements are due to the Institute of Medieval and Early Modern Studies, Durham University for financial support in making this film.
