CREAMY PORK WITH CORN ?【Daddycook我要做廚神】
Material:
Two pieces of pork chop meat (diced)
Pork seasoning:
1/2 teaspoon of salt
A teaspoon of pepper
A teaspoon of five spice powder
A teaspoon of sugar
A teaspoon of light soy sauce
A little oil
Cream corn juice ingredients:
Two corns (from corns)
A bowl of light cream (120ML)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
20g unsalted butter
A quarter teaspoon of salt
Organic milk (200ML)
1/4 teaspoon salt
A teaspoon of pepper
20g unsalted butter
2 tablespoons flour
1. Dice pork chop, add seasonings and mix well
2. Prepare a bowl of light cream (120ML) for use
3. Start the corn saute with garlic butter and add seasonings to cook.
4. Cook the diced meat over medium heat and add (200ML) milk
5. Add the cooked corn just now
6. Add a quarter of a teaspoon of salt / a teaspoon of pepper / light cream
7. Prepare the batter, heat a wok over a low heat, add 20 grams of unsalted butter and two tablespoons of all-purpose flour until it becomes a paste
8. Prepare one egg and beat it well and add it to the sauce
9.Finally add the batter, mix the sauce and stir until the paste is complete

京都肉排?【daddycook我要做廚神】
材料:
豬扒四件
洋蔥半個
調味料:
鹽一茶匙
五香粉兩茶匙
糖一茶匙
醬汁:
糖4湯匙
茄汁4湯匙
豉油三湯匙
白醋一湯匙
水十毫升
----------------------------------
1.醬汁混合好
2.豬扒用刀背拍鬆 ,切開三至四件更容易煮熟,
調味料混合加少許生油
3.熱鑊加油放入豬扒煎熟 ,兩邊煎至金黃色
用中火每邊煎三分鐘, 反轉另一邊煎三分鐘
兩面金黃色後可以先載起來
4.放入洋蔥用慢火炒熟 ,用慢火加入醬料煮至起泡
5.放入已炒熟的洋蔥
6.最後放入豬扒掛汁 即完成
