After Cardio This morning
I worked sets today
Going for 8 sets of 10 reps
Also kept the sound on and talked a bit about the challenge and morning rituals..
My son comes into the area talking loudly on his phone so you see me let him know .. lol
Just after I let everyone know I was gonna film with sound on for the next 10 minutes !!!!
But it goes to show you , this can be done anywhere, anytime during the day !
