Odysee’s New Policy is Orwellian, Includes Monitoring “Bad People” and See Something, Say Something
For an Alt-Tech video platform that wants to sell itself as a place for Free Speech, Odysee’s CEO sure does seem to like to do things that are counter to this. In a new change to policy, they will not preemptively ban people who are labeled as “bad”. Instead, they are just going to watch them like a hawk looking for when they can take action against them. On top of this, they have taken a page from the post 9/11 playbook. They have their own version of see something, say something.
