Well, first, you get new text effects. So, you can fill text with things that you used to only be able to do with either a video switcher or ProVideoPlayer 3. There's also CCLI reporting using their new API. Finally, there's a fix for Resi not working with Ventura on Apple silicon (M1, M2, etc) Macs.
