2014 Chevy Equinox Muffler Repair (Complete)
I used J-B Muffler Cement in order to repair a muffler with a damaged seam on my 2014 Chevy Equinox. This was after about 16 hours of curing. I really had to lather it on as well as ensure that the material worked its way into the split seam. I have been driving it lightly in order to ensure that it cures more (from the exhaust warming up) as well as does not force the material out. So far it has been working. I believe it should be fully cured by now and I will eventually start driving the vehicle normally. This video was taken once I checked the solidity of the applied material.
