I'm using the SDRPlay RSP1 running SDR Console V3 software connected to the MFJ 1886 Receive Loop Antenna on the roof from a height of around 30 feet running 75 feet of LMR 240 coax cable to my basement shack located in Yonkers, New York, USA. The antenna is oriented pointing North to South.
Toronto, Ontario, Canada is about 495.4 miles or 797.2 kilometers from Yonkers, New York.

Please note most phones have an FM tuner chip, this is an actual FM radio inside your phone. I'm using a FM tuner app on my Smartphone, you phone has to have a 3.5mm jack because it uses your earbuds or headphones as a FM dipole antenna. It will not work with wireless headsets or earbuds. I'm using a phone screen recorder app however the screen will go blank after a few seconds but you can heard the audio throughout the video. This is a great way to hear FM stations using your phone while driving, flying, traveling or boating nearby areas and pick up local FM receptions. These are NOT streaming apps. This is an actual FM radio reception with my phone and earbuds as the antenna.
This video was recorded on August 7, 2022 using my phone screen recorder app.

Aguada transmission station is a tall guyed radio mast erected by the US Navy. It is used as a facility of the US Navy for transmitting orders to submerged submarines near Aguada, Puerto Rico at 18°23′55″N 67°10′38″W by using radio waves in the very low frequency range. Only the tallest with a height of 367.3 metres (1205 ft) is still standing and in use.
Aguada, Puerto Rico is about 1769.7 miles or 2848 kilometers from Yonkers, New York.
