最近在一間墨爾本的餐廳吃到這個菜, 本來以為是炸雞, 咬下去才知道是椰菜花, 而且很好吃!! 是外面包包一層的酥脆, 加裡面水分足的椰菜花! 而且這個菜是全素, 最近好像流行素食. 跟著餐廳的味道做出來了, 雖然不是100%, 但也有80-90% 像吧. 大家試試看吧
Had this dish in a restaurant in Melbourne. Thought it was fried chicken, but NO! it is cauliflower and so delicious!! Coated with a thin crispy layer with the juicy cauliflower in the middle! It is also a vegan dish! Followed the flavor of the dish in that restaurant to make. So yum!


材料 Ingredients

椰菜花– 500g - Cauliflower
麵粉 – 1 cup – Flour
粟粉 – 1 tbsp – Corn starch
泡打粉 – 1/2 tsp – Baking powder
鹽 – 1 tsp – Salt
雞粉 – 1/2 tsp – Chicken bouillon powder
蒜粉 – 3/4 tsp - Garlic powder
紅椒粉 – 1 tsp – Paprika powder
黑椒粉 – 1/2 tsp - Black pepper powder
孜然粉 – 1 tsp – Cumin powder
無糖豆奶 – 150ml – Unsweetened soy milk

沾醬 Dipping sauce (非必要/Optional) :
芥末醬 – 2 tsp – Mustard
蜜糖 – 3/4 tbsp – Honey
鹽 – 少許 – A pinch of Salt
紅椒片 - 少許 – Red pepper flakes
