The mid 1990's saw the rise of MS DOS and Windows 95 PC's as becoming the dominant computer platform for games. This did see the demise of the Amiga and Atari ST machines sadly, but it also brought about some amazing games. In this video Chris O'Regan plays a clutch of games from this era on his Windows 95 PC. Dean Swain takes a quick look at this technically impressive (for its time) arcade shoot em up that was very popular in Japan but failed to make much of an impact around the rest of the world. In fact, due to the popularity of Namco's Galaga which was also released around the same time, many of the Bosconian cabinets that were not sold were converted into Galaga cabinets.
