Hostyle Bench Meet Prep triceps workout November 7th 2017
Getting Ready for my first Bench meet of the Season
I am now well under way to getting ready for my next Bench meet happening December 16th 2017.
Lifting is going extremely well
The typical "Tightness" and Stiff lower back is returning.
This tells me that I am progressing well and on target for my goal of 575 lbs in the bench as my second attempt.
