http://CollisionBlast.com - - Fix Dents using compressed air and a hair dryer. Does that really work? That is what we are going to test in this auto show.
I used many different ways to repair door dents and door dings, but never the compressed air and hair dryer trick. If this works, the dent removal cost will be minimal. A can of air...that is it. Join Donnie Smith in the first episode of Does It Really Work Auto Show to learn if it works for me, or not.
In this video I am using suction cup to repair a dent on my Nissan Fronteir truck. This is a cheap suction cup I bought at Walmart to see if it would pop the dent on. Check out this video to see the results.

http://CollisionBlast.com/Beugler - In this SEMA 2011 video, the Beugler Striper "The Roller Brush" is being demonstrated. Watching the custom paint pinstriping tool being used appeared to be easy to learn, which would make it great tool for a auto body shop and/or a DIY car enthusiast to use.
The pinstriping tool can be used with most striping paints, but One Shot is what they were using at SEMA and is probably the most common paint used by custom hand painted pinstrippers.
The pinstriping tool has different head widths available for different size of stripes. You can also purchase double wheel heads for double pinstripes.
To use this tool, you can use the adjustable lever, which acts as a guide on any edge to produce a straight stripe. If there in not an edge where you are painting the stripe, you can place a straight edge magnet and use that as your guide. You could also freehand stripes using this tool, but I'm sure this would take more skill and practice.

FREE access to training at http://CollisionBlast.com Masking door jambs is a question I have been asked about. In this video, I am demonstrating how to use aperture tape aka foam tape. The foam take acts like a seal between the two panels, which prevents paint overspray from getting into the jambs.

For rusted metal, such as the floor board on this mustang, there are two options when prepping for POR 15. The first option, I am going to demonstrate in this video. The second option is to have the metal blasted to bare metal.
MARINE CLEAN is a complex mixture of organic & inorganic chemicals. It is non-toxic, biodegradable, water-based, and has no noxious odors nor chlorinated solvents. It doesn't contain any petroleum products and has no flash point. Marine Clean repre- sents a revolutionary breakthrough in cleaners, degreasers and dispersants.
Use MARINE-CLEAN for cleaning and degreasing machinery parts, turbine blades, diesel engines, compressors, transformers, bulkheads, deck plates, bilge areas; removal of oily deposits found in closed systems such as air conditioning, boiler tubes, compressor lines, heat exchangers and coils; removal of light distillates, mineral oils, heavy grease, degreasing all metal surfaces, plastics, wood, fiberglass, painted surfaces. Always wear eye protection and rubber gloves when using Marine Clean.
PREP & READY provides the best adhesion for POR-15® on any metal surface, including aluminum and shiny polished metal surfaces. Our simple process gently etches metal, creating an ideal anchor pattern for coatings such as POR-15®, while simultaneously leaving a zinc phosphate coating to insure chemical bonding of paint and steel. Avoid other preps that may leave harmful residues which prevent proper adhesion. After thoroughly degreasing your work piece, apply environmentally safe PREP & READY to both neutralize any rust and etch any clean bare metal. This will allow better adhesion of POR-15® or any other paint. PREP & READY is not caustic, corrosive, toxic or flammable
