My second Valkyrie battle against Geirdriful, the Shooter Valkyrie. Still underleveled like I was against the first Valkyrie, but this time I had more of an idea what to expect and my combat ability overall had gotten a bit better by this point. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=By6LUAoFVVA
Let's Play KATANA KAMI: A WAY OF THE SAMURAI STORY, an isometric dungeon crawling roguelike where we play as a Ronin during Japan's Meiji Restoration in the volatile Rokkotsu Pass. The story follows the swordsmith Dojima who falls into debt, leading to his daughter being taken by the debt collectors as collateral. We pledge our Samurai Sword to Dojima, helping him to repay the debt by crafting swords by day and exploring the mysterious, twisting dungeons of the Ipponmatsu Cave for valuable materials at night.
The game features more than 100 different weapons, 9 fighting styles (with weapons and without), and immersive gameplay where we attempt to either make clans, families and the townspeople happy - or not. It's our choice. The game also has online co-op and PVP, but I'll be sticking with offline solo play.

About the episode: A little progress in character development...
About the game: Detroit: Become Human is a neo-noir narrative driven sci-fi thriller from Quantic Dream, the makers of Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls. The game is set in 2038 where Androids are common place in everyday life and are showing signs of behaving as if they are alive. Throughout the game you, as the player, co-write the unfolding story by making choices for the three main android-protaganists: Kara, Connor and Markus. The game, a PS4 exclusive, is visually astounding, features an awesome soundtrack, A-class acting, and makes decision making difficult through a series of moral dilemmas. Overall this game is like watching a top-tier movie where you get to decide which way the movie unfolds.

A quick second meeting with the Chained Ogre. This time in the Ashina Castle Antechamber. Gotta say, I'm not a big fan of repeating bosses, especially large one's in confined areas where the camera doesn't know if it's Arthur or Martha.

Here's how to pray to the old lady at Ashina Castle. Also, the lady can move from the bridge to the cliff near the Buddhist Temple. I also hear she can be nowhere due to dying to dragonrot.

The Ramollir is found on the ground of the Halls of Klifa below all the monk statue columns. You need spear travel to access the area, which you get after defeating Amiren in the Seat of the Matriarch dungeon and by progressing Silaren's quest line. The path in this video is shown from the Whisper's Ritual Stone.

The Storm Amulet in Remnant: From the Ashes increases all elemental damage you do by a certain percentage. It is a randomly dropped item that can be found in Yaesha. Player worlds are unique in Remnant, but I can confirm I found it in the "Scalding Glade". I got to the Scalding Glade via: The Verdant Strand / Warden's Pulpit / Withering Village / Scalding Glade. Just remember, your path will be different, but at least you now know where to start your search. Also be aware that it may not be in your current world roll.

I'm on my second playthrough and I got Shade and Shatter for the first time. I thought this was a cool fight so I decided to no damage it using Repulsor (mainly). I do use the Magnum a little just because I wanted to use the Corrosive Aura mod to weaken the armor of both bosses, and you can't put a mod on Repulsor - the one that is on it is useless in this fight.
In the video Shade and Shatter are +16. My gear is +14.
BUILD USED:
Magnum Revolver +14 (with Corrosive Aura mod)
Repulsor +7 (boss weapon means = +14 equivalent)
Akari Armor set (+14)
Exploiter Trait +20 (weak spot damage)
Quick Hands +20 (reload speed)
Catalyst +20 (proc chance)
World Walker (stamina cost)
- rest of my traits aren't leveled up in the slightest apart from vigor and stamina
HOW I WENT ABOUT IT:
I quickly realized the real threat here is Shade. Shatter is easily dodged. Shade, however, can rain down fiery hell upon your head if you let him stay alive long enough, as well as do a host of other energy based stuff. My goal was to get rid of him first and fast so all I had to worry about was dodging ads and Shatter's swinging attacks.
The fight starts at a distance, so that's where I use the Magnum to build up the Corrosive Aura mod. I haven't put any points into Spirit or mod power related stuff, so it's pretty slow to build it up. But it's fast enough. I don't really go for head shots as aiming is a bit slow when I want to keep moving and just shoot as fast as I can to build up the mod. I also pull it out again later for the ads but end up using it on Shatter to build the aura back up - a bit much, but hey, it's in the heat of the battle, what can I say.
With Corrosive Aura active, it's go time. Get in Shade's face and Repulsor him to death. If he does the thing where he slams his wand down and builds energy to hurl at you, it can be dodged - but if Shatter comes at you at the same time chances are you'll take a little damage, most likely from the aoe of the energy attack, so I found it easier to just go and hide/wait behind walls as they protect you from the energy blast even if you dodge away from Shatter.
If you down Shade fast enough the ads will appear but you'll only have to worry about Shatter. I practically ignore Shatter when the ads appear, focusing purely on ending the ads - though I keep my eye on him as he can rush you. There are multiple waves of ads if you're slow to kill Shatter, but if you kill him fast enough there will only be one wave of ads. I actually kill him in this just as the second wave of ads is coming, and they despawn so that's pretty nice :D
With Shatter, it's as simple as timing your dodge when he swings. He doesn't really have much else to worry about.
And that's about it. It's simple, but it's a lot harder to pull off in practice.
