from earlier this year. near 4 minute set max out. hey everybody i know the form goes to one arm assisted muscle ups. no need to let me know. if youve watched my other vids you know i can do it any way i want. this set is about pushing the physical and MENTAL limits. you should really try something like this before you criticize. As a trainer i teach good form. this is done to prevent injury. As far as myself ive conditioned my shoulders to have the flexibility and strength to go beyond the norm and see how much more physical and mental output i can generate. thats why i titled it Dogfight sets. its just like when you get your first muscle up. its not going to be the prettiest. this is the same. hopefully by summer i can do 32 muscle ups with more reps being good form. peace
