Capacitors replace battery in historic SUZUKI DR600 travel bike|No more dying battery after winter
I replaced the every dying lead batteries with an inexpensive capacitor board in my old SUZUKI DR600 motorcycle, without electric starter. This should put an end to permanently replacing the battery on the rarely used bike. I also don't have to worry about connecting the battery on a trickle charger when not used. This hack should work on any bike without electric starter.

My plan is to use a completely different fuel pump on my Chinese Diesel heater. The loud clicking of the piston pump does not allow us to sleep in the camper truck with the heater on. I'm not quite sure, if my attempt will be successful. Possibly I will have to change the entire controller of the heater and write my own Arduino program to control motor and glow plug as well as reading out the thermo sensor.
In this first part of the video, I will have a closer look at the used components and the quality of my Chinese Diesel heater. What makes Eberspächer, Webasto, Autotherm and Planar heaters different to this Chinese brand? If you have a broken Diesel heater, no matter what brand, you are welcome to send it to me. I would make a video about it and if your are lucky, I can even fix it. We could all learn from it.
Correction: I was informed that Autoterm (Planar) is not a Russian company as it was my impression, but a company from the Czech Republic. Sorry about this mistake.
