Should You Stay Consistent To An Old Code?
There are times, in your career, where you'll have to work under certain circumstances. One of these circumstances might be continuing the work of another software developer.
However, as I've talked before, software development is something like art. Every software developer has its own worflow and, the same code, can be written in two different ways if done by two different programmers.
So, let's say you're new at a company and they give you a code to work with written by another developer. What should you do? Should you stay consistent to this old code or should you write an entire new code?
These questions might be important because it will directly affect your entire performance at a company or even doing some freelancing work. And time is money.
Watch this video and find out if you should stay consistent to an old code or if you should focus on writing an entire new one.

Going From Developer To Entrepreneur (With John-Daniel Trask: Raygun.io)
Most developers aim to become entrepreneurs and the amount of information regarding that transition is still scarce. Most information out there is purely technical.
This is why I decided to team up with John-Daniel Trask, the founder of Raygun, so that he could share with you all the experience he had in going from developer to entrepreneur.
"In 2014 we raised capital to aggressively grow our fastest growing product to date: Raygun (https://raygun.io). Raygun is a monthly subscription product to help companies track software issues directly from their software, whatever programming language it is written in. Customers range from indie developers through to the industry giants like Microsoft, Intel and Nato."

How To Build An Email List Effectively (With Resources)
If you're running an online business (or even a personal website), you NEED a way to stay in touch with your prospects and customers.
And since every single person in the world has an email address, building an email list is one of the cheapest, most cost-effective solution for doing that.
If you're not working on building your email list already, then, you're really missing out on some important opportunities.
I know this is a very difficult position for those who are not used to that. Programmers usually don't know nothing about building email lists and it can be a pain in the ass to learn all this new stuff.
In this video, I'll show you what are the best ways to build an email list effectively, from scratch, with some simple (yet powerful) strategies.

How To Deal With Senior Developers?
Senior Developers... How can they possibly exist and be so useless?
In today's video, I've received a question from a reader that was bragging me about senior developer.
Basically, he said that senior developers are only seniors because of their time on the field and nothing more. And man, it shouldn't be this way, c'mon!
He asked me how could he possibly deal with them. They are trying to implement new pieces of technology and these senior developers are making it hard. This new piece of technology is so good, how can they cannot see how amazing it is?
If you're interested in how you can make this shock of technology less painful for your whole team and how to extract the most out of senior developers, watch this video and find out!
