Descend and you’ll see a pot alien shoot pebbles in different directions. Continue ahead and you’ll see some frog jumpers along with a vacuum dozer. Descend once more and you’ll take on Proto Man. Hit the bouncing Proto Man numerous times and the path below will open. A Parade of suction walkers will appear then an alien bulb will turn the area dark. Grenade turtles will blow up if it touches any weapon. The next path has frog jumpers and a pit where parachute clowns descend. Cross the pit and you’ll next see dragonflies. Go through the gates to battle Shadow Man. Shadow Man jumps at random heights and throws saw blades. Use the Top Spin ability to do a great amount of damage to Shadow Man. After the battle, you’ll receive the Shadow Blade weapon plus the Rush Marine adapter.

Go north from Mahogany Town to Route 43 and you’ll find the Lake of Rage. Surf on the lake and you’ll find something going on a rampage. Save your game before you interact with it. Gyarados is on Level 30. This one is no ordinary Gyarados. It’s a different color in red better known to be a Shiny Pokémon. You’ll have only a 1 in 8192 chance of encountering a Pokémon of a different color in the wild. Nonetheless, this red Gyarados would be a good addition to your collection. Using Great Balls and status problems like sleeping would be recommended. After the battle, you’ll receive a Red Scale. Lance will be on land knowing about the rumors, so you should talk to him as well.

Use the spring to cross to the platforms connected on a rope and don’t stand on one side too long. Use the next spring to reach a rope and navigate the mushroom towers. After seeing a few Goombas and Koopas, use the platforms connected to ropes to reach the flagpole.

This requires an Aurora Ticket that can be obtained via Nintendo Event. With the Aurora Ticket, go to the harbor at Vermilion City and you’ll ride to Birth Island. At Birth Island, interact with the triangle and keep following it until it becomes red. Once it becomes completely red in the center, save your game in front of it. Interact while it’s red in the center and Deoxys will appear. Deoxys is on Level 30. After you capture it, Deoxys will transform into its Defense Form. If Deoxys reaches Level 45, it will learn its signature move called Psycho Boost, a move that sharply lowers the user’s own Special Attack stat when it strikes.

Once you enter the Elite Four, there is no turning back until you defeat the champion so be sure to stock up before you enter. Lorelei uses Water and Ice type Pokémon. Dewgong will use Safeguard to prevent status problems for 5 turns. Cloyster will sometimes use Protect to avoid damage for one turn and Spikes to damage those who switch out. Slowbro will use Yawn to make opponents sleep the next turn and Amnesia to raise its Special Defense stat. Jynx will combo by using Attract to infatuate opposite genders and put them to sleep by using Lovely Kiss. Lapras will use Confuse Ray to confuse targets and paralyze them by using Body Slam. A move like Thunderbolt would work best for this round.

Flannery is one of the Hoenn Leaders in the Pokémon World Tournament that can be battled in either the Hoenn Leaders or World Leaders Tournaments. Flannery is skilled in using Fire type Pokémon. Torkoal will use Yawn to put opponents to sleep and Fire Blast with a Fire Gem taking effect for once. Camerupt will use Earth Power to lower the target’s Special Defense stat and Rock Slide to make opponents flinch. Magcargo will use Shell Smash to gain stats and Lava Plume to burn everyone else around it. Blaziken will use Bulk Up to raise its stats and Flare Blitz for big damage but hurt itself as well. Houndoom will use Will-O-Wisp to burn targets and Nasty Plot to raise its Special Attack stat. Magmortar will use Cross Chop for critical hits and making contact with it could cause a burn due to its Flame Body ability. A move like Hydro Pump will most likely have an advantage against every opponent.

After solving the mysteries in the Sealed Chamber, go to Route 120 and you’ll find the Ancient Tomb. Use Flash in the middle of the room and the way will open to the room where Registeel is in. Save your game before you interact. Registeel is on Level 40. It has a move called Superpower, which inflicts great damage but also lowers the user’s own Attack and Defense. Keep using Ultra Balls if you have any left.

After the first DK Barrel, climb the rope and you’ll find the “K” letter. Minkeys throw pebbles so get behind a barrel shield to avoid getting hit. After a Sneek, ascend by the next set of Minkeys and you’ll find the “O” letter. Keep ascending through the tree and use a TNT Barrel to blow a hole in the wall so you can find a B Barrel. The first bonus area has Minkeys throwing nuts. Make your way to the top and ascend within 15 seconds for the B Coin. Back in the main area, you’ll hit the Star Barrel. Hit the next DK Barrel and you’ll see a barrel shield moving by Minkeys. After climbing some ropes with moving barrels, you’ll find the “N” letter. After the next DK Barrel, throw Dixie on the branch above and backstab Koin with the iron keg for the DK Coin. Use the TNT Barrel to return to the tree and jump off a Nid for the “G” letter. Climb some more ropes with moving shields and use a TNT Barrel to poke a hole in the wall. Use Dixie to flutter through the openings and you’ll find another B Barrel. The 2nd bonus area has Minkeys and green bananas. Collect 15 green bananas within 35 seconds for a B Coin. Back in the main area, you’ll find the goal.

A spider will release multiple pellets before jumping to another spot. A purple mine will explode when its light starts flashing, so be sure to stay away from it. Scanners on the walls will release wide laser blades, and they are tricky to avoid. Go by some more mines and dive through some floors. Snipers will release circle blades from their guns, so be sure to take them from a distance. Navigate some platforms with ladders and you’ll see violet knights at the next section. A violet knight will defend with a shield and unleash some stabs with a sword. Some violet knights stand on the platforms, throwing spears. When the scene starts to side-scroll upward, don’t lose your grip or fall down. The path ascending contains a horde of violet knights. At the top, you’ll battle against Emperor Garuda. Garuda will swipe its scythe when you’re in close and unleash a barrage of star blades while jumping. If the star blades hit the ground, they turn into steam geysers for a few seconds, so stay away from them. Defeat this boss and you have completed the game.
