This channel is a diary of a weight loss. I started eating around 1000 calories a day between noon and six pm every day and I see my weight loss, between one to half a pound almost daily. My first week was not easy, but nothing I could not handle.
After the first week, it was as if I did it all my life. My plan is to loose 104.9 pounds, from start to finish, in 5 or so months. In my videos, I do cover my experience. I talk about what kind of changes my body go through. I share my thoughts and observation.
I am not medical or fitness professional, so take my videos as personal notes and nothing more. Feel free to write your comments. I am always happy to read them and reply.

So far I lost 47 pounds following Intermittent Fasting diet. It means that I fast most of the day. I drink coffee, tea and water and nothing else. At noon or so I eat for an hour and that is my first and last meal of the day. It wasn't easy at first, but it's a new norm for me now.
