Panelists from UC Berkeley student and Bay Area organizations will discuss their roles and experiences to engage, empower and support local youth through the arts, and will also address the subjects of social activism and the practical issues of running such organizations. LARA BAGGIO, Cal student and Co-Program Manager of Creative Residencies for Emerging Artists Teaching Empowerment (C.R.E.A.T.E.), a UC Berkeley internship program for undergraduates to contribute their arts-related skills to local after school programs.
