Why did I get sober from methamphetamine and a nasty heroin addiction? What caused me to go into drug rehab to stop the drug addiction?
In this video I talk about the end to my addiction and alcoholism. Once a hopeless alcoholic, I always perceived a bottom as a singular event. Looking back I realized my bottom was a accumulation of events correlated to my drug use.

In this video I cover drug addiction recovery dogma I don't agree with. This includes preaching recovery and always siding with adstinence vs harm reduction in a way that's hostile. Quitting drugs is a unique path for everyone, I'm open minded to individualized recovery. Whether or not they're staying sober is irrelevant to me, what's important is how I approach the situation to be a positive influence of drug addiction recovery.

In this video, a recovering PCP addict shares his past experiences with the substance, what caused him to get sober, and how he stays sober to educate others and be a testament that people can turn their life around. Jack starts off explaining the PCP effects and why he was addicted to PCP. He then goes into the PCP hallucinations he had in a dissociative state, he explains that the PCP trip was something he chased because he was uncomfortable with reality. He shares some PCP stories from seeing other people under the influence. Then he goes into the PCP comedown and the destructive effects the PCP drug had on his body over time. He talks about his bottom moment when he decided to quit the angel dust trip and find a new way of life, finally he explains how his life has improved since he's been drug free and how he maintains his new way of life.

The books I mentioned are Eckhart Tolle - The Power of Now and Michael A Singer - Untethered Souls I also mentioned listening to Alan Watts on YouTube.
In this video, I share about my sobriety from drug addiction, which helps me stay sober so far. This method of being present helps my depression and anxiety as well which is a lot of what I used to escape. Recovery from addiction now feels not as tedious as it did in the past, I feel generally more playful. I'm not perfect but just a little progression made a big difference. If you have a drug problem you're not alone and I hope you find what works for you, life is a lot better once I've learned to cope with it without the use of substances and it was worth all the trial and error.

My experience with smoking methamphetamine (drug) and the high it produced. The meth high is extremely alluring, crystal meth has a extremely intense action on the brain amping dopamine to a alarming level and maintaining that level for a extended period of time.
Quitting meth was one of the hardest things I've had to do. Others looked at my addiction with astonishment wondering why I didn't want a sober life. Addictive drugs have a strange way of engaging the user like no other activity.
Hopefully this video can shed some light for people who've never tried it before so they can get a small glimpse at why loved ones are using meth. This is not to condone the activity, just to help you understand that meth usage should not be taken personal. Using addictive drugs doesn't mean the person doesn't love you, or that they lack morals, it means that they suffer from a brain disease that anyone who try's this substance would suffer.
The statistics are 19/20 people who try meth become addicted.
Of those 19/20 only 2% will manage to get sober from meth and stay sober for a extended period of time.
