This is the Play! PS2 emulator. It's a fairly new (only a few years iirc), High-Level Emulator. You can find it at purei.org . It doesn't have very high compatibility, nor does it have high performance. However, it sells itself on the fact that you do not need the BIOS files from a PS2 to use the emulator. Obtaining said bios is usually done illegally by downloading from sketchy websites.
In this video, I tried playing Sonic Unleashed in the emulator. It's labeled as "in-game" on their github. It is technically playable, but this isn't a very fun way to play it. There was significant slowdown, and a weird greenish effect when playing, as you most likely have seen. There was also some audio lag on the default settings.
This was tested on a Ryzen 5 1500x at 4.2 GHz, 16GB DDR4, an RX 580 "Red Dragon", and Windows 10 Home. The only setting I changed from the default was lowering the size of the audio buffer to 50, which seemed to help the latency a tad.
If you got here from Reddit, hello! Yes, I am u/wingedseven.

This is my first tutorial! I am going to show you how to connect an amp - only microphone into Your computer or video game console. If for any reason you can't see the video, all I did was connect the Rocksmith Real Tone cable into my pc and the headphone port on the amp, followed by inserting the mic into the input port. Simple!

Sus chords are chords that don't do their tasks :)
I'm kidding ofc, it's a chord that replaces the 3rd with either a 2nd or a 4th. Enjoy
