The TetraSeed comprises the four minimum faculties necessary for existence to be experienced: attention, imagination/emergence, intention, memory.
The Tongue Mudra triggers spontaneous, self-originating self-corrections. It helps to complete the process of releasing patterns of self-contraction and awakening from the domain where self-contraction is an issue to what has always, already been true of us in this present moment, in a kind of awakening-from-a-dream.
TetraSeed self-Modulation, as instructed in the video (not to be explained, here) involves immediate, direct access to how we hold the controlling patterns of our existence, including imbalances, resistances, and unexpected turns of viewpoint. The sensations of doing so are obvious by the changes that spontaneously occur.

The movements of the spinal muscles make coordinated balance possible. The integrity of the spinal muscles takes a loose collection of vertebrae and unifies it into a structure we call a spine, capable of supporting us. The sensuous movements shown integrate the spinal muscles into coordinated patterns of movement, starting from simple and getting more complex.
People who are stiff typically have certain parts of their spine too flexible and others too stiff, from muscles being tight at different locations. These movements reveal to you where you are flexible and where you are stiff. If you have have difficulty maintaining balance through these movements, it's a sure sign that your spinal muscle coordination is off -- something that can't be corrected by spinal adjustments or massage, since movement is something we learn, not something done to us.

The Invertor, TetraSeed Awakening procedure clarifies situations (in mind and emotion) that are complicated by internal conflict -- on one hand, you may want a certain thing, but on the other hand, you have "second thoughts" about it and so are in conflict with yourself and incapable of taking effective action. The term for this internal conflict is, "confusion". The procedure dispels confusion.

Efforts to release psoas muscles without integrating control of those muscles with the rest of your movement and balancing actions leads to partial and temporary results.
The reason: Your whole way of moving has been used to the psoas muscles being tight. You've got involuntary movement habits. Those movement habits call the newly released psoas muscles back into the movement pattern the fits the rest of your movements.
So, it's "helpful" to integrate your psoas movements with the rest of your movements.
