Last year President Trump made it very clear he was unhappy with the players kneeling during the Anthem, he again this year has called out the NFL for not banning kneel, which Goodell did do a the beginning of the preseason. However, the NFL commissioner quickly folded on the rule. This week Goodell quietly attended a meeting in New Orleans, he did talk on camera before the meeting or after. WDRB reported that yesterday a federal appeals court in Cincinnati Ohio dismissed a fraudulent lawsuit filed during the 2016 presidential campaign against President Donald Trump. The lawsuit was filed by three people who claimed they were assaulted by Trump supporters during a campaign rally in Louisville. During the rally, Trump told his supporters to remove the three plaintiffs, who were rowdy and protesting him. Like the proverbial bogeyman, the effects of mismanaging the budget deficit have become a living nightmare for the President, and taking very unsound advice, he has decided to punish the poor for the excesses of his government. Although we await to ascertain the final cuts that Parliament is likely to approve, it is not lost on Kenyans that both the Jubilee and opposition parliamentary groups quickly acceded to plunder the public with the punitive eight per cent tax on VAT. Whist steering carefully within the law, the proposed cuts are nonetheless unethical and immoral because they transfer the burden of financial mismanagement to the poor. The proposed cuts to county budgets will have the greatest impact on the lower income groups who rely solely on government for basic services.
