Edit - After watching it...need to work on my flexibility. My back should be straighter on most of those slams, which means I put too much weight on the front leg.

Disarms typically have an extremely low %. Especially when you are actively looking for them. We use the drill method to get a lot of repetition so that muscle memory will trigger the " moment of opportunity ". It should happen on its own with no thought.
Best thing to do is to hit the attacking hand!
