Holy cow did you see that! What was that, did Mrs. Collins just pick up 300,000 pounds?
That was amazing!
So how did Mrs. Collins pick up those heavy weights? She used her muscles of course.Muscle is a soft tissue in the body of humans and animals. Its main purpose is to produce force and motion.
Without muscles you would not be able to walk or even talk.
You would be one giant mass of a blob. Muscles are responsible for maintaining posture and physical movement.Everything from sitting, to walking, eating and more. Is all done with your muscles!
Think about it, internal organs such as the heart.Which is like one giant muscle made of different parts that keep your blood moving.That is why exercise is so important. Weak heart - weak health.
