Join us at 12.30 for a 1pm start on Sunday 29th November. The Domain in Sydney’s CBD will be full of colour, creativity, music as thousands of people come from all over NSW to join together to call for a brighter future, with clean renewable energy, secure job creation, a healthy environment and a safe climate.
On the last weekend in November, world leaders will be gathering in Paris on the eve of the United Nations Climate Summit. Meanwhile, across the globe, millions will gather in their cities to create the biggest climate march the world has ever seen.
Featuring performances from Ursula Yovich, Deni Hines, Wendy Mathews, Melinda Schneider, Darren Percival, choirs and even a samba band; speeches from Tim Flannery and Clover Moore - this will be a colourful, family-friendly event, with art, music and dance creating a vibrant and united display of people power.
After the amazing event we’ll walk together from the Domain and through the streets of Sydney in colourful marching ‘blocs’ representing Sydney’s vibrant community.

More Asylum Seekers were moved from Villawood this Saturday, to be taken to Northam detention centre in WA. Following the blockade of buses leaving the detention centre on Thursday we will again try to stop the transfers.
Asylum seekers inside Villawood have also been protesting and resisting the transfers, with a sit in and hunger strike at the centre starting Thursday.
The transfers have caused immense and unnecessary anguish among the asylum seekers and supporters alike. Curtin and Yongah Hill are two of the most inhospitable of the mainland detention centres and both are notoriously for their communications difficulties.
Asylum seekers are being separated and cut-off from the network of families, relatives, community and legal support that has allowed them to survive in detention.
