Reveen has designed This Record to assist its listener to learning the subtle art of relaxation. It is Reveen's belief that while most people know how to work hard and play hard, very few have learned how to relax at will or to heed the importance of mental replenishment.
This record, if used regularly as suggested on side one, will instill new positive habit patterns which will help you resist the old habit of retaining nervous tension. Side two is a progression of side one and is designed to introduce you to the potentials of building up your self-confidence.
