REAL Full Length Tales from the Crypt - And All Through the House-...(con't in top of Description )
( continued from in the "Title" ) ... S01 E02* ( with the HBO Feature Presentation Intro., Viewer Discretion advisory, Opening "Tales from the Crypt" credits added back )

Synopsis: A greedy philandering wife (Mary Ellen Trainor) kills her second husband (Marshall Bell) for his insurance money. Upon getting rid of the body, she is unexpectedly attacked by a hideous escaped mental patient (Larry Drake) dressed as Santa Claus who has been going around killing women. She soon realizes that her own young daughter is in complete danger from within the horrific situation.**

[ NOTE also: Although this was the second ( 2nd ) AIRED episode, it was actually the first ( 1st ) filmed episode - the PILOT episode. This was one of three episodes directed by well known director, and series co- executive producer, Robert Zemeckis ( the 'Back to the Future' movie trilogy, 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit,' 'Forrest Gump,' ect. ) The main star of this episode, actress Mary Ellen Trainor, was married to Robert Zemeckis at the time this episode was made. ]

[ Poster commentary mode ON ] ( 4458RobertC here: ) O.K. Got to brag on myself a little. i am SO @#$%ing brilliant! ( modestly speaking. ) Why? - you may ask. Because - I cobbled this together from various material from various video sources. Four ( 4, ) to be exact. [ rant mode ON ] I got tired of seeing, here on YouTube, supposedly "Full Length" "Tales from the Crypt" episodes - only to find them with NO beginning credits ( and some even with NO end credits - blasphemy! ) NOTE: NO beginning credits CAN be forgiven if from a DVD rip of an episode from Seasons 1 or 2 ( individual opening credits for each episode were NOT included in the DVD releases of Seasons 1 and 2. ) [ rant mode OFF ] [ Poster commentary mode OFF ]

This is, approximately, what the episode "And All Through the House" would have looked like IF someone had watched it when it originally aired on HBO ( original air date was June 10, 1989.*** )
