My Massive Rant series is ONLY FOR FUN with some serious subjects occasionally, such as todays. The tribunal declared the signage illegal in November 2015 yet the council continue to issue PCN's for alleged bus lane contraventions and people need to know. The council are using this as a cash-cow to make thousands of pounds of free money. In my initial response letter I gave them every opportunity to refund me (my sister paid while I was out of the UK) but they came back with some legal mumbo-jumbo and threats to increase the charge if I went to tribunal and lost.
