EU restricting free travel; Mandatory vaccine passports planned this summer
The European Union is pushing hard to make injections with the experimental mRNA therapy mandatory for any travel before this summer. National leaders are debating at present to introduce a 'Covid-19 digital green certificate' before this summer.
The EU unveiled a plan on 17 March 2021 to set up a travel certificate to 'help restore freedom of movement within the bloc for citizens inoculated against the coronavirus'. The certificate will show "whether the person has either been vaccinated, or has a recent negative test, or has recovered from Covid, and thus has antibodies," EU Commission president Ursula von der Leyen said. Video by 'Windows on the World' on how to counteract the Low Traffic Neighbourhoods (LTN), 'mini Hollands' which is the prelude to the dystopian 15 min. city jails. Oxford announced to start this in August 2023 which will prohibit driving by car between the 5 outlined zones in the city. Similarly this is happening in London, other cities in the UK and in many cities across the globe.
This roll-out has not been carried out with the legally-required consultation of the citizens. Local councils claim that the majority of the population supports LTNs but data of the 'citizen approval' are not given. Local councils proceed their anti-human measures full-speed.
The roll-out in many cities across the world is part of an initiative of the globalist UN and supporters 'to fight climate change ' and implement the UN Agenda 2030 to circumvent human-controlled open processes and debates. www.uclg.org.
None of the 800 enterprises in Oxford were consulted and reject it as do most citizens. To stop this the video recommends as a first step to have a list of citizens rejecting the LTN and requesting national government to halt the roll-out, which it is required by law. People should take action soonest since the councils just continue the roll-out.
Whether this method will be enough or whether other approaches are needed to stop the roll-out of these 15 min. city jails is the question...

The documents the UN/WHO is preparing are:
1) Amendments to the International Health Regulation (IHR) and
2) Pandemic Treaty Agreement
If these are approved in May 2024, governments can opt out only within 10 months for the IHR. Exiting the Pandemic Treaty can only after 3 years!
These documents will instill a one world global tyranny by the UN/ WHO, globalists and their masters, Big Pharma, Big Tech, Big Banks. It will include lockdowns, isolation camps, total censorship, mandatory mRNA injections, vaccine passports, banning effective remedies and 24/7 monitoring systems.
The trigger will be a decision of the UN/WHO director to declare ‘a potential health threat’ based on the 'One Health' agenda. Threats can come from anything including plants, animals, environment, or other reasons incl. health! Recall that the UN and WEF are announcing and preparing vaccines already for Disease X.
Action is needed by everyone in each country to stop this and avoid hell on earth.
