Two of my favourite YouTuber's, Irate Alex and Omegon, have recently come under fire for different reasons and from different sources/angles. Irate Alex was recently, once again, the victim of a barrage of abuse and malicious communications from the evil Shanny4Christ, being labelled as a 'Child Abuser' and 'Slave Owner'. Alex is neither of those things, and I respect him for treating Shanny with the contempt she deserves - I would have escalated this with legal action against her in order to get her to finally see that actions do indeed have consequences. I also explain the significance of Defamatory Abuse and Malicious Communications and why legally Shanny could be in a lot of trouble as a result. As a reference to Malicious Communications and Defamation pay-out, I have included a video made by Spencer Owen of Hashtag United Football Club last year in which his brother Seb briefly mentions the amount that Spencer could have won in an open and shut Court Case against a team called the F2 Freestylers who made malicious and defamatory allegations about him and Hashtag United around the time of the Wembley Cup in 2018. Omegon, like myself, has recently felt the wrath of YouTube after they accused him of uploading unsuitable content in a recent video about a 'naughty' website. Referencing my own warning as well as pointing out YouTube's lies and hypocrisy for allowing unedited video footage of Foodie Beauty's bare backside on YouTube as well as allowing children onto the site (I now have a 10 year old stalker whom YouTube won't remove, 'cause reasons yo...) Once again, rules for us but not for them - is it any wonder that the site is continuing to bleed out users and can only win an argument with a content creator by issuing strikes or even banning them altogether (as in the recent case of Copper Cab who had his/her (?) account suspended recently for 'Hate Speech' without any proof or evidence being indicated by the site.
